Lilizon was founded on a simple premise: the best digital work is done by senior people who care, working in small teams, on problems that matter.
Our story
Lilizon began in 2018 in a small office near Outer Ring Road, with three founders, one laptop each, and one belief — that India had every ingredient to produce world-class digital craft, but almost no studios willing to refuse the volume game in pursuit of it.
Eight years on, we have grown into a senior-led team of 42 designers, engineers, strategists and growth operators. We have shipped products for founders in San Francisco, family-owned businesses in Coimbatore, listed companies in Mumbai, and ambitious teams in between.
We have refused more work than we have accepted. We have stayed small enough to know every client by their first name. And we have stayed convinced that good work, done with care, eventually finds the people it is meant for.
What we believe
It is built by exposure, debate and the courage to delete. We hire for it, train for it, and protect it from the gravitational pull of cliché.
Shipping fast is not the goal. Shipping the right thing, at the right level of quality, on a predictable cadence — that is the goal.
The artificial wall between the two disciplines is the reason most digital products feel disjointed. Our pods are deliberately blended.
What a client asks for and what the business actually needs are often two different things. Our job is to find the gap, name it, and close it.
Deliverables are easy to measure. Outcomes are harder. We accept the harder measure because it is the only one our clients actually pay for.
We staff three to seven people per engagement. No buffer layers. No junior shadowing seniors. Every person you meet does the work.
Leadership
No account managers between you and the makers. Our founders and practice leads are in every kick-off, every weekly review, and every uncomfortable conversation when one is needed.
A selective practice
Lilizon is not a vendor or an agency in the traditional sense. We partner with founders and category leaders who are building things that matter — and we keep our roster intentionally small so every engagement gets the founders' time. If that sounds like the way you want to work, we should talk.
